Overview

We are seeking a contract Senior Product Manager Data & Analytics to support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Define and align on the North Star and supporting metrics for multiple product areas, including growth, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Partner with product teams to establish analytics requirements during product development, ensuring accurate, consistent, and scalable instrumentation and event logging
  • Collaborate with Data Analyst and Data Science teams to design and prioritize dashboards for executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a cross-product measurement framework to ensure comparability and clarity of metrics across applications
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure data quality, event tracking, and instrumentation meet business needs
  • Translate data into insights, highlight trade-offs, and guide strategic decisions for senior leadership
  • Drive a culture of data-informed decision-making across product teams
Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, mathematics, data science, statistics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or business intelligence at scale
  • Demonstrated experience in defining and operationalizing key product metrics
  • Strong understanding of data instrumentation, event tracking, and experimentation frameworks
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with analytics, engineering, and executive teams to deliver business-impacting insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data concepts for executive stakeholders
