Responsible for full cycle recruitment process and building employer brand. Maintains positive image that represents company values and culture through social media strategy, recruitment strategy and onboarding process.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Recruiter to join our team and drive our talent management initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across the organization. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help foster a positive workplace environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws and enhancing employee engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about human resources, recruiting and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate fit and support onboarding processes such as employee orientation.
- Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records..
- Collaborate with leadership on talent management.
- Support HR operations to foster a positive work environment.
- Engage in research on industry best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes.

Requirements
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience:
- 2+ years' recruiting experience
- Driver Recruiting experience preferred
- Proven experience in human resources roles with a focus on recruiting-preferably within fast-paced corporate environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in DOT recruiting a plus.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance across all HR functions.
- Experience working with Paylocity is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with candidates and managers.
- Ability to conduct thorough interviewing techniques.
- Previous employer branding, social media, and experience preferred
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational efficiency
- Ability to work amicably with co-workers and candidates and provide excellent customer service
- Able to work with a sense of urgency
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite programs and Google Suite
- Ability to use different computer systems, including ATS (applicant tracking system) to complete job duties
- Able to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of the commercial driving industry
- Education and/or formal training:
- High school diploma or equivalent
