Cedar Hills Hospital currently has an opening for a Clinical Supervisor to join our Outpatient Team.

How you will make an impact:

The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight and guidance for the outpatient program. Including that of both Program/Group Therapists as well as Intake/Assessment staff. The Clinical Supervisor will be required to hold treatment team meetings, individual and group supervision sessions with staff, handle escalated patient situations, perform chart reviews/audits, provide clinical feedback and guidance to staff, assist with employee evaluations. Additional tasks will include covering/performing intake assessments and group therapy sessions.

Qualifications
  • Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related Degree required.
  • Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD required. License required for this position. CADCI or higher required within 3 months of hire.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
