Join Our Team as an OB GYN Clinic Supervisor RN
As the OB GYN Clinic Supervisor RN, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing clinical support staff, while ensuring that clinical workflows and activities within the clinic run smoothly. You are an essential member of the clinic leadership team, bringing your nursing expertise to uphold high standards of patient care. Your leadership will guide clinical staff to provide patient care services efficiently, appropriately, and with great sensitivity to the needs of patients—physically, psychologically, and spiritually. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- 3 years of direct patient care experience, with a preference for ambulatory settings.
- 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Experience in triage principles and patient assessment.
- Experience in delegating nursing responsibilities to both licensed and unlicensed personnel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field.

Pay Range: $52.33 - $81.25 (base pay range; additional compensation may be available).
