Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

Join our team as a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, where you will engage with incoming sales prospects and provide unmatched customer service to both new and existing clients. In this dynamic role, you will quote and sell insurance policy premiums based on warm leads generated from advertising.
Your starting base pay is $25/hour, complemented by an uncapped bonus plan, making your earning potential truly exciting On average, our representatives earn an additional $2,000 per month in bonuses, with the possibility of reaching up to $5,000 as our business grows in multiple states.
As a key member of our sales team, you will assist clients in understanding and selecting insurance products, including automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance. Your ability to communicate the advantages and benefits of our offerings will be crucial in overcoming objections and closing sales.
To be considered for this role, you must currently hold an active Property and Casualty Producers License or a Personal Lines License. If you are bilingual, enjoy a 7% shift premium as a valuable addition to our diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate quotes and sell various insurance products.
- Follow up with prospective clients via phone or email to close sales.
- Participate in continuous training and meetings to keep your license active.
- Effectively demonstrate the advantages of our products while addressing customer concerns.
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail for accurate quoting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks using various computer systems.
- Clear communication skills to explain insurance concepts to clients.
Additional Information:
- Some travel may be required (up to 10%).
- Most work is performed in a seated or standing position.
