Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Specialist

Join our team as a Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Specialist In this dynamic role, you will engage with incoming sales prospects generated from our targeted advertising and purchased leads. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service while quoting and selling various insurance policies to both new and existing customers.
We offer a competitive starting base pay of $25 per hour, complemented by an uncapped bonus plan that allows for significant earning potential. On average, our representatives earn an additional $2,000 per month in variable compensation, with opportunities to earn up to $5,000 as our business grows across multiple states.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Quoting and selling a variety of insurance products, including automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance.
- Following up on pending information to successfully close insurance sales via phone or email.
- Participating in ongoing training and meetings to ensure you maintain an active Property and Casualty license.
- Effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services while addressing any objections customers may have.
To succeed in this role, you must currently hold an active Property and Casualty Producer's License or a Personal Lines License (not for Adjusters). American Family Insurance will cover the costs associated with maintaining your licenses and continuing education after hiring.
As a bonus, if you are bilingual, you will receive an additional 7% shift premium

- Physical Requirements: Primarily sitting or standing.
