We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to ensure the smooth and accurate processing of payroll information.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in entering and maintaining precise payroll data, supporting payroll operations, and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input employee payroll details accurately, including hours worked, pay rates, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and databases efficiently.
  • Verify and reconcile payroll data from timekeeping systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll questions and concerns.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all employee payroll information.
  • Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to support payroll processes.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll, data entry, or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or QuickBooks is beneficial.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and possessing basic computer skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
  • Regular hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM.
  • Hourly pay range: $18-$22.
  • Benefits include health insurance.
