Position Overview:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation:
- Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ mental health needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Educate individuals and families on mental health strategies.
- Work alongside a collaborative care team.
- Stay updated through ongoing training and education.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Active New York State licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC).
- Strong communication and technical skills.
