Role Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation Range: $115K-$120K annually + full benefits
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting thorough mental health assessments
- Offering individualized care plans
- Supporting clients with evidence-based practices
- Working closely with care managers and medical providers
- Keeping documentation up to date
- An active NY license: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
- A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or similar
- Comfortable using EHR systems and video conferencing tools
