We're working with a growing organization that is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to lead their AP function and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle, from invoice processing through payment execution.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop AP specialists to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely vendor payments.
  • Implement and optimize AP systems, workflows, and controls.
  • Partner with Procurement, Accounting, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Monitor KPIs including invoice turnaround, aging, and vendor satisfaction.
  • Support month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Drive compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive AP experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.
  • Strong knowledge of 2-way/3-way match, invoice volume management, and vendor onboarding.
  • Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct, or similar).
  • Proven track record of reducing AP cycle time and improving efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
