We're growing, and we're looking for a Landscaping Production Manager to lead our field operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll set the pace, coach teams, and ensure projects are completed with efficiency, quality, and pride.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of professional landscaping experience (maintenance & installation)
  • 3+ years managing crews in the field
  • Strong scheduling and organizational skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred
  • A motivated, energetic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
Your Role as Landscaping Production Manager
  • Lead and organize daily crew schedules and workloads
  • Coach, motivate, and support team members to work safely, efficiently, and with pride
  • Maintain a sharp focus on quality, ensuring every property meets Goodin standards
  • Oversee trucks, equipment, and resources to keep operations running smoothly
  • Conduct property visits to monitor quality
