Clinical Nurse II: Medical/Surgical Hospitalist

Join our dedicated team in the Medical/Surgical Hospitalist department, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will work 36 hours a week on night shifts, providing compassionate care to our patients and supporting their families.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, and performing necessary treatments and procedures.
- Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
- Assessing and addressing patient care needs while using sound nursing judgment in your decision-making.
- Providing primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administering medications as prescribed, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
- Collaborating with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
- Directing and guiding ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
