Salary Range: $88,192.00 - $136,697.60
Hourly Range: $36.73 - $60.93
The Registered Professional Nurse will:
- Assess, coordinate, plan, implement, and manage patient needs throughout their care journey.
- Deliver and coordinate compassionate care, working as a part of a dedicated caregiving team.
- Participate in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) to enhance your skills and career progression.
- Contribute to a compassionate environment for patients and families through active listening and a caring attitude.
- Engage in quality improvement activities to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Exhibit positive service excellence skills, keeping patients and colleagues informed and engaged.
- Promote a collaborative work environment through effective teamwork and open communication.
- Maintain a safe environment by following established procedures and protocols tailored to a diverse patient population.
