Your Role: Lead with Impact

  • Oversee all aspects of the Human Resources department to ensure equitable treatment and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Foster an inclusive and productive work culture.
  • Implement employee programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Act as a valuable resource for managers and employees, bridging the gap between Home Office HR and hospital management.
  • Coordinate staff education programs and manage workers' compensation and benefits administration.
  • Direct recruitment and retention strategies to ensure staffing needs are met.
  • Celebrate the achievements and contributions of our dedicated employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Relevant work experience may substitute for a four-year degree.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources Management experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
