Front Office Assistant

Are you ready to join a fun, fast-paced, family-oriented pediatric dental office? We're seeking a Front Office Assistant who delivers great energy, solid experience, and a passion for working with children
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Thursday
- 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Front office experience, preferably in pediatric dentistry, is required
- Prior experience as a dental assistant is highly preferred
- Comfortable with treatment planning and discussing procedures with parents
- Skilled in insurance verification, breakdown, and claims (a big plus)
- Friendly, organized, and a true team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Greet and check in/out our amazing patients and their families
- Coordinate appointments and manage the schedule efficiently
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with treatment plan presentations and insurance questions
- Help keep our front office running like a well-oiled machine
