Overview of Responsibilities
Guide the software engineering team through the full lifecycle of development projects. Ensure effective management, deployment, and communication, while coordinating with non-software projects and interacting with leaders across the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple software development projects.
- Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira or Click Up.
- Technical background or coding experience.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.
- Lead software project management from inception to post-launch support.
- Serve as the primary client liaison and manage client expectations.
- Optimize engineer utilization and forecast resource needs.
- Track project budgets and support business development.
- Standardize processes and enforce quality standards.
