Our client, located in Franklin, TN is looking to add a direct hire Finance Associate to their boutique wealth management team.
This position will support advisors with client service, financial planning preparation, and operational tasks. This role offers exposure to a broad range of planning functions and an opportunity for growth within a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare client meeting materials, maintain financial plans, and manage follow-up communications
  • Assist with onboarding, documentation, and CRM management
  • Conduct research on investment and retirement planning strategies
  • Act as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries and service coordination
  • Provide backup coverage for key team functions during staff absences
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial planning or investment services
  • Series 65 preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a client-service mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines with precision

Title: Finance Associate

Position Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $55k - $90k depending on experience

compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
