We are excited to announce a rewarding opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team Start by December 19th to receive a $1,000 bonus just in time for the holidays

  • Start Date: ASAP - May 28, 2026
  • Work Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
  • Service Delivery: Onsite only
  • Student Range: K-12th grade students
  • Support: Exceptional support provided
  • Compensation: Starting at $60/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

As an in-person Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a vital role in delivering speech and language therapy services to students, assisting them in developing crucial communication skills and overcoming challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs.
  • Provide direct therapy targeting articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and more.
  • Collaborate with faculty, parents, and educators to support students’ communication goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques during therapy sessions.
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
  • Document sessions and report progress accurately.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights on speech and language needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
  • Experience in providing speech-language therapy in educational or pediatric settings.
  • Proficient in assessment tools and techniques for pediatric speech-language pathology.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with AAC systems and assistive technology is a plus.
