About the Role...

As a full-time Retail Sales Associate at Verizon, you'll embark on a journey of personal and professional growth while achieving sales success at one of our retail locations. Here’s what you will do:

• Drive retail sales by combining your enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology with exceptional customer service.

• Identify and understand customers' needs, forming meaningful connections through thoughtful questions.

• Provide insightful product recommendations to offer customers comprehensive solutions.

• Capitalize on your excellent communication skills to close sales with straightforward technology solutions.

• Engage in continuous development, enhancing your expertise through ongoing training in merchandising and inventory.

• Expand your customer base by reaching out to current Verizon customers via outbound calls and texts to share our offerings.

• Participate in community outreach beyond the store, growing your loyal customer base through Verizon-sponsored events.

We are hiring now This is not just an ordinary entry-level position. With earnings ranging from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay and the potential to earn up to $16,000 annually in commission by meeting sales goals, your financial prospects are promising. High achievers may earn an additional $14,500 or more in commissions, with total annual earnings potentially exceeding $65,000 to $73,500. Note that compensation varies based on your location, hours worked, and individual performance.

What We’re Looking For...

You will need:

• A high school diploma or GED.

• A year or more of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military background.

• The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (your schedule will be provided four weeks in advance).

• A willingness to take on extra shifts for added income, especially during peak seasons.

It would be advantageous if you have:

• Experience in a commission-driven environment.

• A demonstrated history of sales success through effective customer communication.

• Previous customer service experience.

This is a commission-based position with excellent earning potential
