Our Mission
Greater Erie Area Habitat for Humanity is changing lives and communities and building hope through decent simple homeownership in partnership with volunteers and community support.
Our program is open to all who are eligible. Who can volunteer? Anyone 16 years and older can volunteer.
Our house builds depend heavily on volunteers who assist families to build their homes.
We are completing houses #79 & 80 on E 29th St in Wesleyville.
- We now offer micro-shifts of 1.5-2 hours where a single or team can volunteer during
different parts of the day. Micro-Shifts: 2849 East 29th Street
- Regular 4- or 8-hour shifts. Build #79: 2849 East 29th Street
In October, we will start building the first of three houses with Eriez Magnetics through April 2026.
ReStore:
- Assist our manager with donations dropped off at our ReStore to unload them and/or sort/clean donations.
- Assist our drivers to pick up donations in our box truck.
