GHJ Search & Staffing is working with a premier provider of recycling solutions in the Western U.S., who is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team in their corporate office near Jurupa Valley.

In this role, you'll:

    • Lead corporate accounting operations, including month- and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
    • Supervise and mentor accounting staff while ensuring GAAP compliance.
    • Partner with leadership on audits, tax compliance, and process improvements.
    • Gain exposure to a wide range of corporate and intercompany accounting activities.
Ideal Requirements:
    • 3-5 years of experience in accounting management/supervision preferred
    • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
    • Strong GAAP knowledge
    • CPA is a plus but not required
    • Construction, manufacturing, or environmental services industry experience is a plus

$110,000 - $125,000 a year
