We are searching for an Entry-Level Office Clerk. This position is onsite, contract-to-hire, and pays $15 per hour. 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, sort, and scan incoming mail and documents so they are easy to access and retrieve.
  • Convert paper documents into digital files using basic scanning tools and software.
  • Print, assemble, and distribute documents and materials on time.
  • Operate basic office and mailroom equipment such as scanners, printers, and mail machines.
  • Respond to simple information requests from coworkers and customers in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with general office equipment such as printers and scanners.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks such as sorting and scanning.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
