File Clerk

We are searching for a File Clerk to provide onsite support in Henderson, NV. This position is contract-to-hire and pays $15 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Scan physical documents into digital formats.
  • Index and categorize documents accurately.
  • Enter data into databases and document management systems.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Use a computer to retrieve, update, and manage records.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as requested.
  • Ensure document accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Perform basic data quality checks and corrections.
  • Support administrative and records management tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating a computer.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
