Immediate need for a talented Business System Analyst . This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Owings Mill ,MD / Colorado Springs ,CO(Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
- Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
- Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
- Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and Clientize on improvement opportunities
- Supports one or more highly complex business processes
- Works on multiple projects as a project team member
- Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
- Key Skills;Chorus, AWD, Chorus BPM, Blue Prism .
- BA role, replacement role, no technical assessments required
- Candidates in Colorado Springs, CO will also work but that will also be hybrid.
- Tenured team on AWD, they have 3 engineers as well in the team
- This person will be working on the business side.
- They provide Configuration change in the platform
- Exp with Chorus or AWD with 1 years minimum ("Chorus BPM" refers to SS&C)
- Business side should also be very tenured
- Requirement gathering, documentation etc
- No SQL exp required, no programming language required.
