Business Systems Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the IT support team, working closely with back-office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Pay Range: $62/hr
What's the Job?
- Perform analysis, design, implementation, and support of all applications related to business processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across various business functions to align technology solutions with strategic goals.
- Gather requirements from business units and translate them into technical specifications for programmers and developers.
- Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementation decisions.
- Support complex business processes and work on multiple projects as a dedicated team member.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Chorus BPM and AWD, with at least 2 years of direct Chorus BPM experience.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages to understand code and functions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
