About Plenful

Plenful is on a mission to transform healthcare operations from the inside out. Fresh off our $50M Series B and backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Notable Capital, TQ Ventures, Susa/Kivu Ventures, and other leading investors, we're building the category-defining AI agentic operating platform that healthcare teams rely on to operate smarter, faster, and more efficiently. Our technology empowers healthcare operators across hospital and health systems, pharmacies, and payors to eliminate manual work, reduce administrative burden, and improve compliance, all while unlocking critical revenue to fund programs for their in-need patient populations.

Built by healthcare operators for healthcare operators, Plenful is driven by a deep understanding of the challenges facing today's care teams. We're passionate about equipping healthcare workers with world-class tools that deliver real, measurable impact, and we're proud to serve leading healthcare organizations across the country. If you're excited to help shape the future of healthcare, we'd love to meet you. Apply now to join our growing team.

About the role

Plenful is transforming healthcare's neglected back office, where care gets authorized, reimbursed, and coordinated, into an era of AI-powered speed and precision. Our agentic operating system helps major health systems, pharmacies, and infusion practices streamline the paperwork chaos that slows down critical patient care (by more than 75%).

We're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own and scale the stories we tell about our platform and our impact. We're rapidly expanding solutions like our 340B Audit & Optimization and Intake Authorization Management suites, already creating measurable impact for enterprise customers. This role is equal parts storyteller, strategist, and operator. You'll create compelling content that fuels our sales, customer success, and demand gen engines, while partnering cross-functionally to help our team and our customers understand the real-world value of our AI-powered solutions.

This role reports to our Head of Marketing. You'll be an owner from day 1, tasked with elevating our product marketing function for our next stage of growth, with an opportunity to build a team over the next 6-12 months. Our ideal candidate brings industry expertise, a personal passion for the healthcare space, and creative energy to bring a technical story to life via relatable and inspiring product storytelling.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of product-focused content (sales decks, case studies, 1-pagers, blog posts, social media, and white papers) to support the buyer journey across all funnel stages.
  • Translate complex healthcare and AI technology into plainspoken, empathetic messaging that resonates with pharmacy and healthcare teams.
  • Own internal product enablement-develop training materials, host sales trainings, and manage knowledge sharing across GTM teams.
  • Support and scale product launch communications (social media, press, landing pages, customer comms) in partnership with Marketing and Product leadership.
  • Co-lead our webinar calendar with the Head of Marketing, helping craft compelling narratives and slide content to drive interest and action.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing and BDRs to influence targeted product messaging for inclusion in ABM outreach sequences and campaigns.
Who You Are
  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing with PMM and/or content marketing experience within a B2B tech or healthtech environment. Healthcare domain knowledge and sales-led growth experience are a major plus.
  • Proven experience writing high-impact product content, positioning, and messaging (from battle cards to landing pages, sales decks to blog posts) with an eye for clarity, voice, and buyer empathy.
  • Keen to build repeatable, well-documented playbooks to elevate our ongoing efforts and build operational efficiencies.
  • Experience supporting a sales-led growth motion and partnering closely with GTM teams on training, enablement, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with marketing in complex, regulated industries. You understand how to connect the dots for buyers navigating nuanced workflows, and have proven examples where you've creatively broken through the noise.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to prioritize, execute, and ship quality work on deadline.
  • Curious and resourceful when it comes to understanding our buyer. You want to understand their pain points and help them see the path to better outcomes.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot and CMS platforms preferred (Plenful.com is built on Webflow)
  • 0-1 growth mindset; collaborative, resourceful, creative, and execution-oriented as we build the product marketing function.
  • Excellent project manager and communication skills; can guide complex projects from concept to launch with limited oversight and ease of internal collaboration. Loves serving as the trusted organizational glue.
  • Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and a bias toward measurable impact.
Plenful Perks
  • Great benefits include unlimited PTO, health insurance, meal stipend, health & wellness stipend, team offsites, 401K matching, and stock options
  • Join an all-star team with direct access to executive leadership
  • Opportunities to further develop and refine your partnership acumen by partnering with our seasoned leaders
