The Medical Assistant performs routine clinical and administrative duties to support the assigned area or office and may float to cover other clinics as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Graduate of a Medical Assistant program (preferred)
- Current Medical Assistant certification (required)
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire (required)
- Strong critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
