As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be key in delivering top-notch service while consistently achieving store sales goals.

This role involves interaction with customers, including minors, and requires access to cash, payment methods, and personal information. Therefore, a review of criminal history is necessary to safeguard our business, employees, and customers.

The position is based at Store #5278, located at 83 B Pearl Street, Essex, VT 05452, and may require travel to stores within a 30-mile radius.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in-person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting suitable products
• Build trusting relationships with customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies

• Maintain organized work order files and formulas
• Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
• Mix and tint products to customer specifications
• Stock shelves and arrange displays

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
• Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and 70 lbs. occasionally
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Current Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance ratings and completion of required HR courses

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• One year of experience in retail or customer service
• Experience in selling paint and related products
• Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in multiple languages, particularly Spanish
