We seek a visionary product leader capable of crafting and implementing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a crucial portfolio of enterprise B2B products. This role includes mentoring and leading a talented team of product managers.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Leadership: Drive product vision and multi-year strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs, managing the roadmap to balance innovation, technical debt, and business value.
• People Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of product managers, fostering growth and developing a collaborative team culture.
• Product Delivery: Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of scalable, impactful solutions while coordinating with engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
• Customer Focus: Champion customer-centric decisions through deep engagement with users, synthesizing insights to inform development.
• Collaboration: Build trust-based relationships across engineering, design, sales, and marketing, expertly navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Operational Excellence: Establish success metrics, leverage data for informed decisions, ensure readiness for launches, and drive continuous improvement.
• AI Evolution: Spearhead the transition of our products to be AI-native, harnessing GenAI and automation to enhance customer outcomes and efficiency.
• AI Strategy & Monetization: Implement a strategy for integrating AI, defining new value propositions, pricing, and revenue opportunities.
• Thought Leadership: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive dynamics, identifying opportunities for differentiation and long-term value.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, with 3+ years managing product teams.
• Proven success in mentoring product managers and leading teams through growth and uncertainty.
• Expertise in product discovery and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong technical knowledge of software architectures and AI/ML products.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and partnership with engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of modern AI-native product strategies and monetization approaches.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong commercial acumen and business judgment.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Salary range: $160,000 - $210,000 per year.
