Do you have experience in the client service sector? Are you looking for a foot in the door with a prestigious financial services company? If so, then this opportunity is for you We are seeking multiple client service representatives to work seasonal remote roles with a long-standing client. Apply today Qualified candidates will be contacted as quickly as possible. Training is expected to start in November or December. Position is expected to run until May or June of 2026.

salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creation of financial documents and approval process using Adobe suite of software products
  • Check the accuracy of forms and entering data into a tracking database.
  • Must be capable of learning new software applications with relative ease
  • Must have Client service experience. Candidate will communicate directly with clients as well as internal departments
  • Must be comfortable working within a team while owning their own work
  • Must maintain a high level of productivity, quality, and customer-service standards while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Candidate must utilize great time management skills to handle extremely high seasonal volumes
  • Must be flexible for additional hours during high volume periods
  • Experience working in a high-pressure, high-volume environment preferred
The essential functions of this role include:

  • working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
