Join PARK AVENUE CLEANERS as a Receptionist, where you'll be the friendly face and voice of our business Located in Port Arthur, TX, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly.

Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.

Process transactions..

Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Provide information about services and promotions to customers.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficient in using office equipment and software.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
