Job Description:
Our client is seeking a IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive onsite technical support during the implementation of a new case management system across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will bring strong troubleshooting experience, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft products. This role involves supporting end users during system rollout, resolving issues, assisting with training needs, and ensuring a smooth transition as new technology is introduced. The position requires frequent travel and close interaction with staff as they adjust to new workflows and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite technical support during case management system implementation.
  • Troubleshoot user issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions promptly.
  • Assist end users with system navigation, functionality questions, and workflow guidance.
  • Utilize training materials and knowledge resources to support user adoption.
  • Identify system limitations or process challenges and relay findings to project teams.
  • Assess user skill levels and training needs to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for technology support and service-related questions.
  • Provide desktop computer support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Document all work performed and follow established quality standards.
  • Proactively address user needs and provide timely status updates.
  • Recommend hardware, software, or equipment purchases as needed.
  • Support reliable backup procedures and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support rollout activities across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for end users.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products and general desktop support.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and travel frequently.
  • Effective team collaboration skills.
