Talentry seeks a Program Manager to oversee contracted programs, ensuring adherence to established procedures and timely execution. This role involves coordinating interdepartmental activities, guiding program execution, and managing tasks in a global collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define program schedules, manage progress, and develop strategies.
- Coordinate activities, ensuring objectives are met within time and budget constraints.
- Provide input for quotes, verify work scope, and create program plans.
- Develop risk assessments and oversee recovery plans.
- Manage budgets, monitor performance, and report to management.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams on technical and contractual matters.
- Oversee Design Build Team and conduct milestone meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent, engineering degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of program management experience in the aerospace/aircraft industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in various work processes, functions, and procedures.
- Ability to coordinate tasks, prioritize, and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
