As a Guest Service Sales Associate, you will be the face of EWC, providing exceptional service and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Educating guests about our waxing services and products
- Managing appointments and guest flow to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
- Maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and service goals
- A positive and outgoing attitude with a commitment to delighting our guests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
