Position Overview:
The Credit Cards Judgmental lending, leaders primary responsibilities including managing end-to-end operations revolving around credit card judgement lending while ensuring the level of expected service, quality is maintained , the leader will be responsible for having frequent connects with internal stakeholder , clients and team members ,he also has to instill awareness of the team member's goals, any challenges or areas of focus, and ensuring opportunities are addressed with a plan identified for success.. Candidates must possess a strong sense of urgency with an ability to work in a team environment, maintaining excellent organizational, communication skills ,The leader will also be responsible for the P&L of the account .
Essential Job Functions:
- Manager a team of 45 resources who will be performing the task of credit card decisioning making.
- Meet and/or exceed goals set by line of business that contribute to the Service Level Agreements with the Client.
- Motivate and lead team to success using recognition, team building activities and positive reinforcement.
- Set and manage to production and quality expectations.
- Hold daily/weekly huddles to discuss results from previous days, changes, etc.
- Helping the team with credit card decisioning making
- Underwriting decisions
- Good understanding of managing the P&L
- Good knowledge of Windows based applications, Outlook, Word, and Excel is important.
- Respond to communications from client
- Assist Senior Management as needed
- Schedule and manage weekly WBR & monthly MBR meetings with the client
- Additional responsibilities and duties requested from Executive Management
- Candidate with prior experience in managing teams across credit cards, consumer lending, fraud, collections, lending underwriting is preferred
