About Our Client

This role is with a national Top ENR GC, recognized for its expertise in large scale concrete construction and its commitment to delivering quality projects and client satisfaction.

Job Description
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage and lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr Project Manager - Concrete should have:
  • A strong background in large scale concrete construction and project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in the property or construction industry is preferred.
