Job Description
  • Lead and manage the execution of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to align project goals and expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor project managers and other team members.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Project Executive should have:
  • A strong background in construction management within the property industry.
  • Proven ability to lead complex construction projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
