Mandatory Requirements

  • Contact Center domain experience.
  • Strong Business Analyst skills (not a Project Manager role).
  • Exposure to AI, IVR, SMS, and Chat-based customer engagement solutions.
  • Telecom industry experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in telecom or contact center environments.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their application in customer service.
  • Hands-on experience with omnichannel customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
