HR Assistant Bilingual

The Bilingual HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department by assisting with daily administrative tasks, employee relations, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, completing new hire documentation, and preparing training materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Maintain and update employee attendance and time-off records accurately.
  • Assist in compiling data and preparing reports for audits and compliance purposes.
  • Provide administrative support for benefits enrollment, changes, and annual open enrollment.
  • Help process payroll for full-time employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain HR files, records, and databases in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
  • Language Skills: Must be bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
  • Office-based position with occasional virtual meetings.
  • May require handling confidential employee information.


$19.00-22.00/hr DOE
