We are seeking a Business Development Representative to become an integral part of our recruiting and staffing firm You will identify and close sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients. This role is for a B2B sales professional looking to advance their career with a leader in the staffing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate and sell services to new and existing clients
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
  • Close and follow up on sales transactions
  • Investigate and resolve client issues and complaints
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in B2B territory-based sales
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
