Our client is a leader in waterfall automation and fund operations technology. Since 2013, they have been transforming private fund workflows by replacing outdated spreadsheets with fully automated, transparent, and scalable solutions. Their software that they have build from the ground up empowers private alternative investment firms to streamline carried interest and distribution processes with precision.

Role Overview:
We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead technical strategy and development efforts for our client's next-generation fund operations platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll architect and scale systems that power mission-critical financial workflows for top-tier private funds.

Responsibilities
• Architect and develop backend services using Java and SpringBoot.
• Collaborate on frontend integration using Vue.js.
• Design and maintain AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, Transfer Family, CloudWatch).
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
• Implement disaster recovery strategies and ensure system reliability.
• Establish engineering best practices and mentor team members.
• Partner with product and operations teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements
• Passion for solving complex, high-impact problems.
• Strong proficiency in Java and SpringBoot.
• Experience with Vue.js or willingness to learn.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, Transfer Family, CloudWatch.
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
