Job Description:

The Construction Specialist will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Assisting in pre-bid site visits and document reviews.
- Evaluating complex proposals and researching labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Developing preliminary project schedules and General Conditions based on bidding document requirements.
- Collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients for efficient and safe project execution.
- Preparing and reviewing construction documents and answering RFIs to facilitate communication on the job site.
- Conducting inspections to uphold Quality Control standards.
- Working with Health and Safety professionals to assess subcontractor safety performance metrics.
- Supporting the Project Manager in contract close-out procedures and client satisfaction efforts.
- Facilitating project capabilities through collaboration with VDC and BIM teams.
Location: The position is based in California - Rancho Cucamonga.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1 year of related experience, or equivalent directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally, depending on project needs.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with construction terminology and engineering documents.
- Effective time management and organizational capabilities.

Pay Range: $81,245 - $134,077, based on experience and geographic location.
