We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping us find and attract top talent to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the position requirements- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates- Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates- Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding process for new hires- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve our recruitment processesQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the technology industry- Proven track record of successfully filling various positions at all levels within a company- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software- Understanding of employment laws and regulations- Professional and positive attitudeWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
