As a Recruiter at Kibo, you will source the best talent to hire high aptitude Kibonauts across all functions of the organization. Your responsibility will be to manage the full cycle recruitment process from actively sourcing all the way to closing offers, to determine the best fit for the organization. You will serve as the first impression of our company, engaging with talent from around the world to build our global team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the full cycle recruiting process from initial contact, to negotiation, to job offer
- Identify and source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, cultural fit, and compatibility for the company
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, upholding the KIBO candidate experience throughout the recruiting process and into onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other leaders to understand their needs and develop strategies to achieve the highest results
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and make improvements as needed
Skills & Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter in a product-based, corporate SAAS setting
- Proven track record of hiring to plan, with expertise in compensation benchmarking, and a record of strong retention rates post offer
- Strong proficiency in technical recruiting, with the ability to source and assess candidates for a variety of technical roles
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to treat confidential information with discretion
- Experience with candidate sourcing tools, recruiting software (ATS), and recruiting metrics
