Location: Glen Mills, PA Spa: Laser Skin Medspa

Laser Skin Medspa — a premier destination for advanced skincare and laser treatments in Glen Mills — is seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone with 1–2+ years of hands-on experience working with medical-grade technology and spa treatments in a luxury or clinical setting. The ideal candidate will be confident, client-focused, and eager to continue growing in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Laser Hair Removal and other advanced laser treatments including IPL, laser skin resurfacing, RF microneedling, PRP facials, and SkinPen Precision Microneedling

Provide medical-grade facials, Hydrafacials, and body contouring treatments

Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin concerns and recommend customized treatment plans

Maintain accurate treatment documentation and ensure all treatment areas and equipment are sanitized and compliant with safety standards

Deliver an exceptional guest experience with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail

Stay current on the latest aesthetic technologies, techniques, and skincare trends

Qualifications

Licensed Esthetician and Laser Medicine Certification from an accredited program

Minimum 1–2 years of experience performing laser and advanced skincare treatments

Strong understanding of skin anatomy and physiology

Excellent communication and client service skills

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Flexible availability (some evenings and weekends may be required)
