Position: Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine
Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week - Monday through Friday, 8 hour day shift. No Weekends or Holidays

Experience:
1 year Nurse Practitioner experience required
2 years Nurse Practitioner experience preferred in Family Medicine Practice
Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Internal Medicine preferred.

Education:
Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.
MSN Required.

Licensures/Certifications:
Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
Require ACLS certification.
May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).
Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
