About the Role:
Avon Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Assistant Service Manager (ASM) to help lead our service drive This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous automotive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow their career in a well-established dealership.

What You'll Do:
  • Greet and check in service customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Communicate service recommendations and repair needs
  • Help organize and manage rental and loaner vehicle logistics
  • Act as a liaison between technicians and customers, providing timely updates
  • Handle follow-ups and support phone inquiries
  • Ensure smooth vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support the service team
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior experience in a dealership or service-related role preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
