Service Advisor responsibilities:

  • Professionally greet Clients
  • Produce estimates for repairs to vehicle
  • Follow up with Clients both during and after repair. Explaining all completed work and associated charges
  • Practice consultative selling process to assist Clients with options
  • Interact daily with Clients, Management, Technicians, Service Staff, Sales Staff, Parts Associates and Office Personnel.
  • Inbound and outbound phone and email communications

Professional Service Advisor requirements:

  • Previous Service Advisor experience
  • CDK automotive software experience preferred but not required
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive time management skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screen
