We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Epic PB Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the configuration, testing, and optimization of the Epic PB (Professional Billing) module, ensuring accurate and timely processing of professional billing claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of professional billing operations, revenue cycle management principles, and experience with Epic systems or similar electronic health record (EHR) platforms. While Epic certification is not required, familiarity with the Epic EHR platform or relevant modules is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with billing staff and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Epic PB module implementations, enhancements, and optimizations.

Configure, test, and implement PB system changes, including fee schedules, claim submission workflows, and denial management processes, to support accurate and timely professional billing.

Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions as needed to ensure efficient and effective use of the PB system.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance system functionality and usability.

Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, including system configuration, user guides, and training materials.

Stay current with industry best practices and trends in professional billing, revenue cycle management, and healthcare information technology to inform system optimizations and enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience working in professional billing operations or revenue cycle management.

Strong understanding of professional billing operations, including revenue cycle processes, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with professional billing systems, preferably Epic PB or similar EHR platforms, is preferred but not required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders including billing specialists, revenue cycle managers, administrators, and IT professionals.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
