Having a presence in the community where the company's headquarters and primary workforce is located is important. We are open to a hybrid model with committed time at the St. Cloud headquarters.

What You'll Do

As a senior member of our IT team, you'll act as a strategic partner to the business, helping shape and deliver enterprise technology initiatives that move Microbiologics forward.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels - from frontline teams to Executive Leadership

• Lead large, enterprise-wide initiatives with high organizational visibility and impact

• Translate business strategy into clear, actionable requirements and solutions

• Facilitate discussions, build consensus, and guide teams through change

• Balance analytical rigor with strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Drive initiatives from idea through adoption, ensuring solutions deliver real business value

• Partner closely with technical teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure alignment and successful outcomes

Experience & Skills We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally supporting enterprise systems

• Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms (NetSuite and Salesforce preferred)

• Strong background in requirements gathering, process analysis and leading change management

• Proven success influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams

• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments

• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and project management platforms

Actual salary will depend on experience and internal equity
